The rooms are very clean and nice, the employees are very professional and helpful, the indoor water park has something for everyone. Hot tub, two pools that are separated by a walkway, big slide to have lots of fun on, for hours the small pool also has a slide for the little ones. The hotel has an arcade, as well as a small c-store. My family and I had lots of fun while staying here we all can't wait to go back. The hotel fills up fast, so you need to call ahead to reserve your room. You want be disappointed, as to say we had a blast.

I picked this hotel because I'd stayed here in the past and it was great but it has definitely went downhill. We booked two rooms and specifically called and asked for them to be adjoined. They assured us this wouldn't be a problem but at check in the lady, who ironically is the same one we talked to about the adjoined rooms, didn't even realize we had two rooms booked. We asked if they could at least be next to each other and she said no. When I asked if they're at least on the same floor she ignored my question entirely and just booked the second room. They did end up being on the same floor a few doors down but being ignored when asking a direct question was uncalled for. We were not yelling, cursing, etc. We were annoyed but not mean and she blatantly wouldn't talk to us or answer anything. The pool chemicals are way out of balance, kiddos have burns on their skin, all of our eyes burned. The pool doesn't open until 10 AM so even if we wanted to swim before check out it isn't an option, and if you sleep in until 9, you've missed breakfast. Better off staying in actual Fargo. It's not the fun friendly place it was.

The adverted "Waterpark" is in serious disrepair. Stepping stones in the play area are missing, the soft floor tiles appear to be molding, and there is a huge rip in the ventilation system at the top of the water slide. There were no towels in the pool area.

Half the arcade games are broken, some unmarked as such, leading to stolen quarters.

The food options advertised are non existent, requiring a trip to a local eatery.

Definitely not worth the $180 to stay, unfortunately.

We had a family reunion and 100 year birthday party for our mother and we had most of the hotel filled! We were noisy and very active- used the ballroom for 2 gatherings. The staff was so kind and accommodating .. it was remarkable! We even had the fire alarm go off with her 100 candles in the cake! But the staff celebrated with us and let the firemen come in to celebrate too! They were wonderful and we will plan more celebrations there! Thank you!

We stayed at this location for a family vacation (group of 20 of us. 10 adults, 10 kids)

Upon arrival we were not informed about the attached restaurant being closed down (which had been closed down for some time now, but no mention of it on the website nor during check in) they referred us to Club 94 (which was a whole other disaster) or the DQ down the road.

While the kiddie pool worked, there were parts that were working incorrectly. The hot tub was burning my eyes from the chlorine. The pool was missing the stepping stones for the hanging hand bridge, making it hard for younger kids. No towels in the pool area, not to mention the pool towels were so small they fit my 1 year old perfectly.

The shower rooms were filthy, one stall had poop smeared on the floor, the pool towel hamper was over flowing with towels and looked like it hadn't been emptied in some time. With the amount of people in the pool area at the same time as us, it wouldn't have filled up that quickly.

After the pool time we decided to head over to the arcade. That was a huge mistake. Over half of them were out of order and just took our coins. I decided to let our 3 year try and candy crane machine in hopes to lighten his mood being he couldn't play any of the other games he wanted to but, that too was a let down. The candy was hard, the chocolate was melted, and seems as is it hadn't been changed out in years. I informed the front desk about the situation with the games, physically showed them which games were out of order and the issues with the other. I physically watched her out "OUT OF ORDER" sign on all the ones I told her about. ONLY TO HAVE THE SIGNS DISAPPEAR WITH IN THE NEXT 12 HOURS

2 of the 5 rooms that we stayed in did not have properly working showers. The hot water was coming out of the faucet, while the cold water would come out of the shower head making for a cold shower. None of our rooms came with drain plugs.

The room keys didn't work to get into the pool or even our rooms. One family member had to get new keys 3 separate times due ro being locked out.

Our room smelt like mildew making it unpleasant to breathe.

We were informed that breakfast ended at 9 am. As a family of 4, with two small children even getting up at 6:30 and getting everyone showered and ready for the day it was tight squeeze to get down and get breakfast.

With all this said, I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel. It seemed as though they did not care about this hotel at all and were only there to make a quick buck. They charge $200 (with out taxes) and it seems more like a $125 hotel room stay (if that). There is so much updating and mantaince that need to be done to make this place even look like a half decent hotel.

This is overpriced.
Carpet is dirty in eating area. The bedskirts were torn. Door stuck and I hurt my shoulder shoving door open.
Breakfast items are pre-packaged. Lots of plastic waste. Not a huge selection.

Hotel in need of updating. It seemed old and worn out. Pool was freezing and hot tub needed cleaned. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good.l, but not fantastic.

This hotel is super accommodating to our large family party!! They were great to us and allowed early check in and late check out and the hotel is very clean and well kept. The pool is a blast as well. My only feedback is to have the weekend breakfast available later than 9am on Sunday morning 🙂
