Ergonomic Workstation Solutions

The worst customer service I have ever received. I was going to give this company a try because of the reviews and because another mechanic was recommending customers go to Erle's while he was off work. When I initially phoned the quote I received was over twice the amount to get the work done as other mechanics in the area. I was told to bring my car in at 8 or 9. I brought it in at 8. When I arrived, I asked when they might be able to look at it because it's our only vehicle. He was super angry and frustrated and said he couldn't say they were really busy, he said he would call me. I decided not to wait in the waiting room as it's not cut off from the main shop and smelled of exhaust. At around 11am I had heard nothing and went back to the shop. The same guy came out and I asked if they had a chance to look at the car. He responded very aggressively, "NO, I WILL GIVE YOU A CALL! YOU DON'T NEED TO BE WAITING AROUND, I WILL CALL YOU! I asked do you think you will get a chance to look at it today? He said " I DON'T KNOW WE ARE REALLY BUSY WE DON'T DO APPOINTMENTS. I asked why he had me bring in the car at 8am and he said I could bring the vehicle in another day. I asked for the keys back and left disappointed and late for work. I received no apology from Erle's Auto Repair, that's the least I would have expected.

Good service.. price is fair and the timing is always worth the wait (due to popularity because of good word of mouth).

370$ to replace a wheel bearing... had the other side go 2 months later went to another shop in red deer was charged 180$ he was double the price what a joke charging double for the same job my company does alot of business with his shop and to be treated and ripped off like this is horrible don't walk run away from this garage.
