I wanted to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional care provided by Rhonda, the dentist assistant, during our recent visit. Her warmth, patience, and professional demeanor were truly remarkable, especially in how she interacted with my 5-year-old daughter. Rhonda's kindness and gentle approach significantly eased my daughter's nerves and made the entire dental experience positive. Kudos to Rhonda for her outstanding service and creating a welcoming environment for young patients. She deserves a special shout-out for going above and beyond in ensuring a comfortable and pleasant visit. Thank you, Rhonda!

Our son had his first visit with Dr Schneidman and his assistant Jody yesterday Oct 17 2018. This was his 3rd dentist and his 3rd attempt to have sealants and a repair to a molar. He was scared going in, heck so was I. Jody came out to greet my son and calmly, gently and with compassion introduced herself and explained that she and my son were a team that were going to work together to get through the appointment. She immediately connected with him, made him feel safe and like he had a person he could trust to help him through this appointment. She asked that she be given the chance to help my son through the appointment on her own but informed me that I could come into the office if I wanted to. I liked having the choice, I liked that she explained to me the choice and her reasons why she wanted me to remain outside INF FRONT of my son so he knew why I wasn't coming in with him. Dr Schneidman came out part way through the appointment to explain what was going on and what he needed to do, I found this very reassuring. The appointment lasted 20 minutes tops. It was totally covered by medicare which was awesome as well. As we were leaving my son said two important things, he said he liked this dentist because they gave him breaks when he needed them during the appointment and he asked if they could be his new dentist. I wanted to leave a detailed review for other parents who have children who are really scared of the dentist. This clinic had the absolutely PERFECT approach with my son. He might never love going to the dentist but at least they managed to get through to him and ease his fears. Thank you Dr Schneidman, Thank you Jody!

by far my favourite dentist ever. I went to him as a child right up until I was 20. I stopped because well he is a children's dentists and I think it would be a little weird bringing my baby there and going for a check up as well. The staff is super friendly and comforting. I wouldn't bring my kids any where else!

My 6 yo had a cavity to be fixed and she only fixed it on the surface, when the instructions and X-Ray from our original dentist clearly mentioned a deep cavity and a procedure similar to a root canal needed to be done. Obviously she didn't care enough to do the necessary and my kid ended up with an infection and a gum boil. When we called back we had no service what so ever, the receptionist told us to call back in a week. We had to go to a different dentist to get antibiotics... Shame on them.

The dental assistants are super kind and fun for the kids but the secretary is super cold and borderline rude. After so many years of bringing my boys there I have decided not to return. Hope they find someone that fits the rest of the team.

Terrible. My daughter is 5 years old, and from the waiting room, the dr. Calls out my daughters name and we go to follow her to the room. The dr. Stops me and says she’s old enough to go alone. I was so confused and so hurt that she was just taking her like that. Dr. Bellfleur obviously has no children. I then try to proceed to tell her why we were there, and she said no need to explain, she will take a look herself and find the problem.

They finally come out of the room and she tells me to go to the secretary and she will explain the next procedures. They brushed me off and said they were very busy. Wow. Only 3 ppl were there.

Terrible. But terrible staff. Heartless. I wish I can give a zero star.

My son had his first dentist appointment today and it was such an amazing experience! He had a lot of fun and is looking forward to going back

Stay away! The most glum person ever. I went to his practice for years, before moving on to other better dentists. Among other things that he has done is:
- Said that he had sealed my teeth with sealant, he hadn't my other dentist confirmed.
- Drilled too deep during a cavity repair, causing the need for a root canal years later
- Put in a mercury filling when I had requested a composite filling. (He never told me, I found out when my new dentist asked me if I wanted it removed)
- What made me move away when I was told that I had 4 cavities, my new dentist said I had 1 small one...
